These are two recently reported appeals we have won in the Upper Tribunal.

1. H.O.

The Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) concluded that the Appellant's Article 8 claim on private life grounds was inextricably linked to his employment claim in the Employment Tribunal.


2. Rael Miranda

The Upper Tribunal (IAC) found that it was essential for a judge of the First tier Tribunal to consider whether the Appellant's spouse, a dual Spanish and British citizen, moved within the European Union and whereby she became a qualified person under Regulation 6 of the EEA Regulations 2006.
